Inspiration
  


        I am so Blessed to be able to be meet and inspire the
        many families I meet to find the resources, support,
       and  belief that Recovery Is possible! I also share my
       own journey of recovery that still is a part of my life
       today. I truly embrace the light in my life and the
       gift of spirit and guidance I receive through others
       sent along the way. I call these experiences my divine
       angelic interventions. They most often happen as a
       creative urge to write...I call them my "Inspirational
       Whispers" The collection became a treasure I tucked
       away. One holiday I read one to my Treatment group
       As I sat charting in my office one of the receivers of
       the reading knocked and inquired with a soft voice,
       "do you have any more poems, it really helped me"
       
      "Inspirational Whispers" took shape, as I began to
        format the poems they actually took on the steps
        of my own recovery journey. Today I offer the self
        published book of 30 poems as a testimony to who
        I call God, the Light, my Guide, and my practices of
        Prayer, Meditation, which have all led me to be a
      "Gratitude Practitioner" Hope Coach,  Mentor and
        Speak Counselor & Trainer                    

       It has been  my joy to share these excerpts from
       my poems which were given to me by my spiritual
       source and have blessed me to find courage, strength
       hope and love in my life. I hope you have
       been inspired by this page.

“Journey To Serenity”


All my life I’ve been afraid of who or what I never knew

Just a present reminder of death ever near my shadow  
fear,
When I wake every day I look all around for someone I
know,
To show me the way and reassure me I’m not alone city
noises shatter my nerves,

Around every corner I dread to go.

Deep inside I yearn to be someone outside of me..............




“Breaking Your Chains”

I’ve risen above your meaning in my life,
All the pain and all the strife,
It’s been a painful way to go,
Seeing the memory of you down each street I go......

Poetry told me a story long ago about a man one day I would
come to know,
In the dark I sit and write while the mist encircles the street
